Follow along with David Glover on your computer as he takes you through development of a sample annual training plan including best practices for race timing, periodization of your training and an plenty of opportunity for Q&A at the end.
On the morning of the Webinar, you will be mailed a web access link along with passcode and dial in number for the webinar. You may also choose to listen to the Webinar through your computer speakers instead of dialing in.
